Design and Build of the OIYN Smart RGBICW LED
The OIYN Smart RGBICW LED has a polished finish and a plastic base, which keeps the design simple and modern. Its dimensions are listed as 55.12"D x 7.09"W x 7.09"H, so it is shaped like a tall, narrow floor lamp rather than a bulky statement piece. That profile makes sense for corners, beside seating, or anywhere you want light without taking over the room.
The lamp is described as a floor mount with a corded electric power source and a push-button switch. The control options also include an app, and the product page says you can adjust brightness, colors, effects, timers, and schedules. One important note: the listing says it does not support Alexa or Google Assistant, so smart-home voice control is not part of the package.
For everyday use, the design leans practical first and decorative second. The lightweight, portable build should make it easier to move between rooms when you want to change the mood of a space. Since the lamp is not waterproof, it belongs indoors only.
Key Features of the OIYN Smart RGBICW LED
RGBICW color control for layered lighting
The RGBICW technology lets different segments show different colors at the same time. That gives the lamp a more lively, custom look than a single-color accent light, which is especially useful when you want holiday colors, themed decor, or a soft glow that feels less flat.
16 million colors and 68 scene modes
With 16 million colors and 68 modes, this lamp gives you plenty of room to fine-tune the atmosphere. That range is helpful if you want one lamp to do several jobs: relaxed evening lighting, a brighter accent for social time, or a playful setup for gaming and parties.
Music sync for movies, parties, and gaming
The music sync feature is one of the most entertaining parts of the OIYN Smart RGBICW LED. The lamp reacts in real time to music, movies, or game audio, which can make a room feel more immersive without adding extra hardware or a complicated setup.
App and remote control
You can manage the lamp with a Bluetooth app or the included remote control. That gives you two easy ways to change colors, adjust brightness, switch effects, and set timers or schedules. For day-to-day use, this is the kind of flexibility that makes a decorative lamp much easier to live with.
Timer and schedule functions
The timer feature is a nice practical touch for anyone who likes a routine. You can set the lamp to turn on or off at chosen times, which can help you keep a consistent evening lighting habit without remembering to do it manually every day.
Tool-free, portable setup
The listing says the lamp is easy to assemble with a tool-free setup. That matters for renters and anyone who does not want a project just to add atmosphere to a room. Since it is lightweight and portable, it should also be easier to reposition when your room layout changes.
How to Use the OIYN Smart RGBICW LED
- Place the lamp where you want accent lighting, such as a corner, beside a sofa, or near a gaming setup.
- Assemble it according to the included instructions, keeping the setup tool-free and straightforward.
- Plug it into a suitable indoor power outlet and turn it on with the push-button switch.
- Use the remote or Bluetooth app to choose colors, scenes, brightness, and effects.
- Try the timer or schedule feature if you want the lamp to fit a daily routine.
- Use music sync when you want the lighting to respond to audio during entertainment time.
Safety Tips
- Keep the lamp indoors, since it is not waterproof.
- Place it where cords will not create a trip hazard.
- Keep it away from curtains, bedding, and other soft materials.
- Unplug it before moving or adjusting the setup.
- Follow the manufacturer’s instructions for assembly and control use.
Is the OIYN Smart RGBICW LED Worth the Money?
At a lookup-time snapshot of $34.99, the OIYN Smart RGBICW LED lands in an appealing range for a feature-rich ambient floor lamp. You are getting color-changing lighting, app control, a remote, music sync, timer functions, and a slim floor design, which is a lot of versatility for the price point.
That said, value depends on what you want from a lamp. If your goal is to add mood lighting that can shift with your room and routine, this looks like a strong fit. If you want voice assistant integration, this is not the right match, because the listing says it does not support Alexa or Google Assistant. How It Compares to Similar Products
Compared with many basic floor lamps, the OIYN Smart RGBICW LED is much more about atmosphere than general room lighting. It is designed to create color and movement, not just provide a steady white glow. That makes it a better match for accent lighting in entertainment spaces than for someone who only wants a simple reading lamp.
Against other smart ambient lamps, its appeal is the mix of RGBICW segment coloring, 68 scene modes, music sync, and both app and remote control. The lack of Alexa and Google Assistant support may matter if you already rely on voice control around the house, but the included app and remote still cover the main functions. For renters or anyone who wants a decorative upgrade without a complex install, its tool-free setup is another practical advantage.

Choose the OIYN Smart RGBICW LED if you want a decorative floor lamp that can change the feel of a room fast. It suits renters, apartment dwellers, gamers, and homeowners who like ambient lighting that does more than sit in one static color. It also makes sense if you want simple control through an app or remote, plus timer and schedule options.
Skip it if you need a straightforward task lamp for reading or working, or if voice assistant compatibility is essential in your home. It is also not the right choice if you need outdoor lighting or a waterproof fixture. For buyers who want a mood lamp with plenty of personality, though, it is an easy one to consider.
